What types of songs are in your database?

We carry gospel instrumentals and tracks which can be used for praise & worship, choir selections, musicals, or play productions (i.e. sound effects).

What if I do not see the song I want?

We can provide the service to create a track of any song, whether a traditional “Old 100” hymn, or a recent contemporary gospel selection heard on any mainstream radio station. Just give us the song title, artist name, and album, and we can get the job done!

How long does it take to receive a track?

If it is a track in our current database, you can download immediately by clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button next to the track name. If it is a track not previously recorded, we provice the service of track creation. A 3-4 day turnaround is needed to give time to learn the song (if not known), and record the tracks (piano, bass, drums, etc.). This is contingent on CURRENT WORKLOAD!

How much are the instrumental tracks?

• Tracks that are currently in our database are $5.
• Tracks not in our database are now $100. Each track requires at least two hours to learn the song (if not known), and record all instruments (piano, bass, drums, strings, etc.).

Can I get a track at the “last minute”?

Yes. If a track is needed within 48 hours, one can be created for total charge of $125 per track.

What types of sound effects tracks can you create?

A wide array of sound effects can be created, timed to a musical track, for play production and performances including:

• Nature sounds (chirping birds, flowing waters, windstorms, thunder, etc)
• Domestic sounds (Cars crashing, horns/sirens, ringing phones, etc)
• Other effects (gunshots, laser effects, etc.)

How do I receive my track?

You can receive your track by email (.mp3, .wma, .m4a format).  This policy applies to the unlimited membership, as well.

Do you provide background vocals?

No, at this time we do not provide background vocals on our tracks.

How do I send payment for a track?

We can receive payment by credit card, paypal, or by mail

What is your refund/exchange policy?

No refund will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date. Please call 281.229.1049 or email us at
stephen@saundersmusiccompany.com to provide info on refund reason and contact information.

If the product you received is not acceptable for personal reasons (wrong song, not in a key you can sing, etc.), you may return the item for a refund or receive another song in its place. We will also be happy to replace the item with one of the same value, but you will be charged for shipping of the replacement item to your address.
